Brand new, never opened, never took out of the box either. I got two of them when I had a chance because I didn't want to run out of it, I love the formula and colour's, so versatile, but I own so many palettes that I doubt I will ever have a chance to open this one before it expires. Stored in a dry and dark place, never in a bathroom. As I said, it was never open, so if you want to see if it's really unused, let me know and I will open it. Otherwise I will keep it in the box so it doesn't loose its freshness once in contact with the air.
