@tisha4160b Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!!! I did have a problem once and it took a week for them to get back to me. When they emailed me they weren't very nice. I emailed back and told them it wasn't my fault that they took a week! They were suppose to respond in 24 hours and they didn't. They then emailed me back an apology and a $10 credit in my account. I'm so sorry you are having these issues!!! I don't know any other way to contact them😕

It sounds like you didn't suspect anything & were told of this when you took them in for a simple cleaning. I would be livid as well!
