Multi colored sequins skirt

Beautiful sequined short skirt. Waistband is elastic so the skirt can be adjusted to either sit at the hips or higher up the waist depending on how long or short you want it. Bought a few years ago and only worn twice. It’s in excellent condition. The picture of the band that shows a bit of distress is how I actually bought. All sequins are intact. Could fit size small and / or medium due to elastic waistband. I’ve worn this with a soft white off the shoulder t-shirt and pumps. Statement piece!
