convintageous Hi Dennel, just wrote to PM. I told them I was very concerned. I told them it took a week or so to start tracking after I sent them, that finally when it did, it said the tracking was manual and I have no idea what that means. Then, today you had a notification it was cancelled and I had one saying “resolved”. I told them you did not cancel the order and neither did I and neither one of us has the shoes. This is scary.

Horrible customer service but I understand we are all different. Had no idea a buyer had demands from a seller after a purchase was made. 😮 I’d be nothing but grateful for good buyers. We are busy making money but not always checking posh! I buy and don’t always check in. Sorry you didn’t like it or consider me rude.
