Hi! I'm Paola, I am from Colombia, and moved to the United States in 2006, with my only son. I taught myself English and I earned my citizenship in 2012. I started out selling Colombian products and have since started selling other products as well. jacqueline4396 Hello! Thank you so much for your rating and feedback. I’m so sorry to hear that there is a zipper issue with the black lace dress. I’ve never worn it and I’m not aware of this because I didn’t experience it when putting it on the mannequin, but I do have other dresses from Lulu’s that seem to sporadically have this issue. I will be sure to report this to Lulus and I apologize once again. I hope you are still able to enjoy your purchase.

paogim27 @jacqueline4396 hi, I really like the dress but it was so frustrated trying to put the zipper up, I asked my husband and my son, they were both at the same time helping me 😂 with not luck, I took it off and try to close it, gave me a little trouble, but it was easier with out wearing the dress. But thank you for reaching up to me 😉
