My sad 😞 purchase online 😭 Leather shorts 🩳 with a factory defect 😭😭😭

The shorts is new with tag , genuine leather, but it came ripped on a sides right above pockets Shorts have a 2 pockets , back side has stretchy belt , size is W32 ( medium size ) I purchased it online, no possible to return it Please 🙏 if someone can fix it , please buy it 😥
