mchavez1011 @lovingpurple hi there, I just have a question. I have gotten used to Poshmark but I know that people try to scam others by saying they never received there item. How do I go about shipping an item that’s expensive and making sure they don’t claim they never received it when they actually do. This is just a concern.

lovingpurple @mchavez1011 Hi! when you ship an item you have a tracking number. That way you can always know where the package is. I believe post office can sell an insurance also. Hope that helps :)

lovingpurple Look I copied this from poshmark website: "Why are your shipping labels required? It is required that our shipping labels are used for every order because it allows our system to track the package and take care of any issues that may arise while it is in transit to the buyer. If our label is not used, we are unable to offer insurance on the package and the buyer will not be able to accept the order through the app, causing a delay in your funds being released to you." "
