Mystree plaid ruffle dress

Blue and mustard plaid dress with ruffles at the shoulders. Has four buttons in front. Long sleeves with a button. Cut straight. Can be belted or shortened to be a long top. Pit to pit is approximately 20" and length is 37". New with tags.
