NEW Cougar Black Pointed Mini Heel Western Ankle Booties

Seriously the CUTEST mini western style booties. They are women’s size 8. Cougar brand. Never worn (see bottoms in perfect condition) but have a little bit of an aged look to them. Too small for me as I’m a size 9 and so sad to let these go!
