desiree0714 @chycinn Scratches? That bag was brand new in a duster tags still attached and not ever touched Other than the packaging. The package I sent was more than protected. You’re more than welcome to open a case with poshmark but I have every single angle listed. I am not at all trying to be rude I very much appreciate your order. But I don’t generally post used or damaged items.

desiree0714 @chycinn This bag was never used. At all! I purchased it and I never touched it after that the bag was not used there are plenty of pictures listed in the listing to prove that. I’m not sure what you’re trying to do here but that bag is brand new authentic with no damage at all

desiree0714 @chycinn You can open a case with poshmark. But it would be very ill advised to damage a brand new bag Thinking you’ll get to keep it along with your money. Poshmark doesn’t work that way. I am a top seller with over 150 sales each and every one of them are brand new items I seldom put used items on posh. The Michael Kors Vivian bag that you purchased for $210 was brand new and never used. No damage whatsoever.

desiree0714 @chycinn Furthermore there are interior pictures as well as exterior. front back inside the pockets the chain straps the leather on the straps and any other angle you can think of including the tag and the duster bag are all listed.

desiree0714 @chycinn ok ... first of all that bag didn’t look that way when it left me. I see your pictures and normally I’d apologize but we are way out of the realm of apologies. If you read the care instructions on the back it states that it cannot be left in extreme heat. If that’s done then the picture you’re showing me is the result. I am not responsible for what happens to that item once it leaves me. I cannot take responsibility for something that happened in transit.

I made a complaint and now you are calling me names, how am a liar and disgusting and Out of my mind. Am disappointed you could sound this way without even putting yourself in my shoes. I placed one too the minute you contacted me accusing me of lying to you telling me that the bag was used and that I didn’t disclose all the information we can leave the whole conversation here you bounce back-and-forth between a bunch of different things being wrong with the bag when there was not one thing wrong with it.
