I'm having surgery again next week as well. By the time I'm up and running again I probably won't need the cape but I'd still like it because when my Fibromyalgia flares sleeves are very uncomfortable - so I will still need it next fall/winter. I know what you mean about med issues though. My new thing is to practice lying when people ask me how I'm doing.๐
