NEW Moderna ring

Clearing out a family member's jewelry. This ring was bought in Toronto in the 2011. Is this vintage now?! Fun fact: Oprah was wearing a pair of Lia Sophia earrings on the cover of "O, The Oprah Magazine" in 2011. The company ceased operation in 2015. The ring is a size 7 and is new with tags. Too big for me (I wear size 6), but shown on my finger for general size and look. Gold tone metal with glossy blue enamel and rectangular citrine stone.
