New without tags. Never worn. Soft material with some stretch to it. XS but fits much larger! I would say they are closer to a womens S/M. NOTE ***Shoulder straps are NOT adjustable. Grey top has slightly longer straps then the Cream top(as shown in last picture). *** CREAM top has a tie off thread in the top right strap. I’m sure you could sew the straps shorter if you have the skills to do so. PRICE IS FOR BOTH AS A SET OF 2.
