potato_mom Hi Lisa, in terms of length, these will definitely fit a 7.5. I've measured the insole length for you and it's just a tick shy from 10" (9 15/16). In fact, even if you wanted to leave a bit of perimeter to show off the stitching (my original intention), there should be room. Per Celine's website, a 38 = US 8. All of this, I wish I had looked into before purchasing. As for width, the criss cross and the suede should be quite flexible but I'm not certain re: your specific case/feet width.

potato_mom @lisahe585 Hi Lisa, the widest seems to be under the top criss cross (which also makes it really difficult to measure), it's 3.25" (perhaps 1/8" less, since I had to maneuver the measuring tape).
