This loooovely skirt has alternating velvety and satiny panels and as usual for anything with silk in it has proved difficult to capture the colour properly. The photo with the label is the best indicator. Definitely green, not blue. UK size 2 on the label - I don’t know where they got that from given most of my UK stuff is size 10. Please check the measurements below! Says dry clean only - it it to laugh!
