NSR Ruby tiered puff sleeve dress

Bought at Nordstrom Rack and worn once to a wedding. Polyester. Excellent condition - can fit a variety of sizes because of the smocking. Lined back and skirt with a button to open/close v-neck. Model photos for fit only. The one I am selling is white with a blue, lilac and salmon dot pattern.
