NWOT Adorable “Sun” Dress

Super sweet “sun” dress. Floral print with a large smiling sun face appliqué on the bottom left, and yellow ribbon bow-tied shoulder straps (which do not untie). The fabric is soft and comfy on the underside. New but took tags off, never worn.
