Brand new, tag removed. Have been washed, but not worn. Pics show tags, as I thought I might actually keep them for myself and remove after photographing but alas, they did not fit me properly. Low rise, slim through thigh, narrow leg opening. Size 31/32. Approximate measurements: Waist when laid flat 15.5" Rise 9" Inseam 32"
