Such a unique skirt. The material is thick and the piping is gorgeous. I bought this skirt in LA, I believe close to 10 years ago and I never wore it. Too small on me now and too beautiful to never be worn out in the world! Waist: 15" Hip: 20" Length: 15.5" (13.5" in middle front)
