NWOT Balloon🎈 Pendant Necklace!

Brand new; never worn! Man holding balloons pendant. This was a handmade piece that I never wore. For some reason the back of the pendant was partly etched off near the hole where the chain goes through. Selling as is. Lobster clasp. Done in a brass tone.
