NWOT Blue Striped Thin Strap Cotton Romper with Bow, Cutout and Buttons Summer

NWOT Ardene romper with vertical blue stripes. Bodice has adjustable tie front knot, v-neck and small cutout. Light tortoise shell faux buttons. Back has a smocked panel to give the bodice some stretch. The inside of the garment also has an elastic around the waistline (pictured in last photo). Thin, adjustable straps. Bottoms of the romper are high waisted and loose fitting in the back. 65% cotton fabric is a lightweight, structured summer fabric that feels similar to linen. Beach, vacation, coastal. Never worn but tags have been removed. In perfect condition.
