rosiesstock @elianaclaman hi, the outside bag measurements are 11.5 inches in height and 13 inches in width. the interior height is 11.25 inches and the interior width can stretch to 12 inches. Definitely fits in the crook of your elbow. I just tried the shoulder and it fits with something thin on. I am wearing a tank top and it fits perfectly but if you are wearing sweater I don't think it will fit well. Hope this helps:)
