Coolibar women's Samoa Bay sun protective cover-up, size small. UPF 50+ fabric blocks 98% of UVA/UVB rays. Features a v-neck, full length sleeves with slight bell shape, flat pom pom trim, straight hem with side slits, Organic Cotton ZnO™ slub fabric (52% organic cotton, 43% viscose from bamboo, 5% spandex). The fabric is too see-through to wear as a dress IMO, definitely intended to wear over a swim suit. *New without tags* Washed once thinking I would wear it, but I look terrible in white :( Smoke-free, dog-friendly home.
