NWOT Elegant Black and White Summer Spaghetti Strap Dress

NWOT never worn flowing spaghetti strap black and white summer dress. Perfect for weddings and garden parties. This dress is GORGEOUS on (its hard to capture but the skirt is SO flattering) but sadly, it doesn’t fit me. It’s a US12 buT has no stretch. More suitable for a Cup size C or below.
