NWOT Elie Tahari Navy Stretch Crepe A-line Midi Dress

I purchased this dress at Saks 5th Avenue store and alterations were finished when pandemic started. With lockdown and weight gain I didn't have a chance to wear this dress. Beautiful and smart Ellie Tahari A-line dress in navy stretch crepe fully lined with satin fabric, black skinny belt, off center front slit (I closed half of the slit, but it can be opened fully), dry clean. Dress was professionally altered at Saks alteration: shoulders were lifted and sleeves reset to accommodate petite upper body with short back. Measurements taken flat without stretching: pit to pit 20", waist 17", hips 21", width across the shoulders 14", length from the highest shoulder point to waist 15 1/4", skirt length from waist to hem at front 29.5", at back 30".
