Tried on only-cut size tag on neck as it was itchy, but never wore this. *Light & Flowy *Rayon blend, no stretch *3/4 sleeves *longer rounded hem to the back Measures: approx 18" shoulder to hem, 38-42" shoulders to bottom of fringes. *O/S-Fits S-L Fringes are not uniform, were like this when purchased.
