NWOT Mr. Max Dressy Tunic - Navy - Size M

This is an elegant tunic that has never been worn. Bought it to wear to a rehearsal dinner but wore something else. Trim around the collar and the bands at the bottom have a leather like look and the body of the tunic is polyester/elasthanne blend. Bonus....it's washable.
