NWOT Unusual Black Sleeveless Dress with Jacket

This unusual dress is made of an accordion type silky fabric, so would work for multiple body types and sizes. I bought this for a wedding but ended up wearing something else, so it has never been worn. Sleeveless dress with high/low hem and beautiful matching jacket. Perfect for an evening out!!!
