NWOT blue & white zebra print Simply Noelle dress. Chiffon over white silk slip.

Never worn, I’m 5’3” and it was too long. 22” PTP, elastic waist from 17”-22” shown in last photos. I planned to get it shortened but I never did. See photo in front of window to see how the chiffon is longer than the underslip. The underslip is about knee length.
