NWOT ladies cowl neck sweatshirt

This is a NWOT ladies cowl neck sweatshirt in white with black accents. I purchased this in a live not realizing it was 27 inches PTP which is a 2X. You could definitely layer this to wear on walks or not if you like the oversized fit. There are no fabric tags but my best guess is 100% polyester. The fabric is raised, has a texture to it which I tried to capture in one of the above photos. It’s not like any tags were cut off they just were never there.
