Brand new, this just fit us in the wrong season so it’s been in the closet. I have two both NWT I bought on sale. Great little dress for cooler weather, adorable with leggings or tights and easy to dress up or down. Off black in colour, like a dark charcoal and can sometimes take a blue hue in certain light.
