NWT Designer Peter Som Silk Cocktail / Formal Dress

This elegant dress features a classic silhouette, complemented by a stylish black belt, velvet hem with hand sewn detail and lace around the neckline. The silk chiffon is delicate and are a few snags at the back in the top section, but they don’t show very much. This is reflected in the price. This was a posh purchase and I love it but it’s too small for me in the waist/bust area and even with some dieting, I don’t think I’ll ever get down enough for it to fit. The dress has 2 pockets.
