NWT Dex Floral Crewneck Dress -Black/Perriwinkle Floral

A black and floral dress with a Crewneck and tie waist. This dress is great for spring time! Dress fits true to size and has never been worn before, tags still in. I am 5’2” and found it a little long, but with the wrap waist you could shorten it if needed. Looks great with a sweater overtop as well for a cute transitional look:).
