NWT House of CB CZARINA Black Velvet Lace Trimmed Mini Dress XS

NWT House of CB "CZARINA" black velvet lace trimmed mini dress size XS. I paid $550 CAD to get it here between conversion, shipping & import charges so my asking price is a STEAL! I'm technically only asking $200 without the Poshmark fees. Any questions please feel free to ask. Xx SIZE NOTE: This dress runs small so I do NOT recommend sizing up or taking the chance on it fitting if you are any larger than the measurements. The measurements below are the ones I took with the dress laying flat. For reference, I'm 5'3" & 100lbs with a 32B cup bust size & I could not get the back zipper closed since there is no stretch & even at my size, it was too small/tight. That was also with a padded push-up bra on which might have made it tighter, I'm not sure but PLEASE take that advice & really review the size measurements before buying.
