NWT JB Dillon Genuine Leather Men’s Western Boots Size 7

Brown with black shaft and square toe. Heel height 1.5”, shaft height 11”. I just bought these for my husband while in Nashville (tag price is USD) but they are too small. They are sized at 8.5, but they fit me perfectly and I wear Women’s 9 (40). They’re beautiful but they’re too small for my husband.
