chatfemme @sgrandmaison my apologies for missing your message. The waist is 17'' stretching to 19+ inches, the higs are 25.5 " with a little give, and the length is 22.5''. The skirt lining is stretchy, and the skirt itself is not stretch material, but is cut on the bias, giving it a bit of flexibility.
