What size do you normally wear for pant. Finding the Italian sizing a little difficult. What's the true fit?

@hoare_nassar I know! I fluctuate between a 6-8. They're also low rise.

I think these would fit best one someone tall and/or lean. I'm petite and a bit curvier, so anything with a low rise doesn't work for me.
