bloomingdames @zdb2010 hello, thanks for your patience. I have worn that dress and I didn’t hear any sound when I move . I try to show both inside and out of the items … the inner part of that material looks waterproof …. It’s from Mo:Vint NY a good brand though I don’t hear much about them these days.the measurements in the photos lol is a size small
