NWT Old Navy Lavender Ruffle Sleeveless Midi Dress

This has been stuck in my closet for the longest time, it's so pretty!! The colour doesn't suit me otherwise I'd be wearing it for sure. Great condition, never worn still with tags. Lightweight material but not see through!
