NWT Old Navy dress. Size L

Can wear it now and into Fall! Chiffon over a navy spaghetti strapped slip dress. Makes it so body of the dress isn’t see-through, but the sleeves and very bottom are. Sleeves are puffed with elastic bottoms. Also an elastic waistband that adds a few inches if you need it.
