NWT Reformation "Folly" dress in soft blue

Babydoll dress with puff sleeves and ruffles. Double-layered organic cotton, super lightweight, really nice fabric. Cottagecore through and through. Or pair it with docs and go 90s grunge Courtney Love style. Ordered on sale (no returns) and too small for me. Never worn, but nicely constructed. Reformation size S.
