Flap top which secures with 2 magnetic domes. Two decorative buckles on front. Secure handle on top of flap cover which runs the width of the bag 9” and is 2” high in the middle. There is a non-adjustable shoulder strap 21.5” drop. The bag is approximately: 10.5” high 12.5” wide 6.5” deep This bag has a serial number in the zippered pocket: 03-13-84-65.
