This beautiful NWT dress features an all-over floral print with a surplice bust, flutter sleeves, cinched waist and a high-low hem. It has an attached inner lining with adjustable straps so you can customize the coverage at the bust. Size is a Torrid 1 (14-16). It's tragic that I never got to wear it but my loss is your gain!
