This skirt is so cute and soft to the touch. The material has some stretch but there is no stretch in the waistband which is why the top button on the skirt is open on the mannequin. If measurements are needed please let me know. The skirt is a great length and the colour would be perfect for fall.

@gobsmact Hi the 16 has a 17 3/4in waist and approx 22 in hips. The 18 has a 19 1/4in waist and approx 22 1/4 in hips. The skirt is pretty stretchy and flowy its only the waist thats more fitted.

it says the rust skirt is a size 18 but the waistband wouldn't do up around the mannequin? What size is the waist measurement of this skirt.
