Excellent condition, new with tags, never worn. 100% silk and very stretchy, thus difficult to measure. Pit to pit approx 20 inches but stretches to approx 24. Cowl neck in front, V neck at back, handkerchief/tiered hem, jewel detail in skirt, alternating textures.
