Measurement right below chest = 15.5"
I'm a size 8 and this fits below the chest but is a bit snug. The dress has a side zip that makes it easy to put on. And the fitted part right below the boobs makes your boobs stay up lol.

@juliachriste143 I have it in the XL & love it! The large fits me as well & makes it easy to go bra-less (34 D) but put on a bit of weight up top now so it's snugger than I'd like...my below bust measurement is now about 33"
It's one of those looks good both dressed up or down dresses. I've worn it at a wedding and worn it as a day dress around town.
I'd just measure underbust to see if you're a 31.5" or under cause that's the only part that needs to fit. Everywhere else is flowy & loose.
