NWT‎ velvet short romper

Brand new with tag. Style blazer. Only a little flaw on the bottom silk collar but almost hidden when closed and a few ones on the belt too. The button lioop to attach inside is broken but can easily be fixed. These are manifacture defects. Smaller than a regular XL would say more like a L.
