boutique2019 Hi Nan ~ I’m so sorry to bother you but I’ve recently had an order show up “delivered” that was actually lost. Your order says “pending acceptance” which means it was delivered somewhere, 🤞at your actual home. Your coat would have come in a large brown shipping 📦. It wouldn’t fit in the smaller post office boxes. I’m just checking to see if you got the box. If you didn’t, I can contact support to let them know your coat never came in the mail. Thank you 😊!
