Hello Thanks for the offer of the Banana Republic Grant Slim fit Luxe shirt ! It is BRAND NEW WITH TAGS and retail at $89, and because of the commission we as sellers still have to pay out of the final selling price to PM, which is 20%, there is a very slim margin to reduce the price further. $36 is a super awesome deal consider the quality of the shirt, the high end fabric that's used to make this nice piece. I think you'll really appreciate it more when you see it in person.

@wowtreasures I am aware of the cut Poshmark gets and while I can appreciate your plight I’m just offering to pay what I’m getting other BR Grant shirts for from other sellers NWT.
On my end you have to appreciate that I have to pay $7 for shipping so that cuts into what I’m willing to spend. Finally, when BR has sales I can get it new from the store itself for less than 36+7.
My offer is my best offer. If you cannot afford to sell it to me for that price I understand. GLWS. -N
