sgtgb421 @knoxville622 No worries! USPS has been crazy. I’ve shipped things to a town an hour from me and to CA on same day and the CA ones get there before the local. Even had someone give me a low rating bc USPS took over 2 weeks even though shipped & scanned same day or next day. 🤷‍♀️ Don’t fret it. If not here by end of week we will figure it out.

knoxville622 @sgtgb421 I had someone give me a terrible rating too because of something that was totally out of my control. In December when numbers were skyrocketing and the work forces were even less. Some people. I tell ya.

sgtgb421 @knoxville622 I just let that person know they are rating us, not USPS as we have no control over that especially with Covid and winter storms. I completely understood their frustration and wish I could fix it but that’s not in my chain of command. Lol They understood thankfully. Anyway, have an awesome week and if it’s lost we will figure it out. 😁
